November 2024 Curriculum

In Brazilian jiu jitsu, there will always be gaps in our knowledge. One of the most rewarding aspects of training this beautiful martial art is making progress towards closing those gaps. But there are seemingly countless ways to entangle two bodies engaged in combat, so there is always more to learn.

I’ve been making notes of the larger knowledge gaps our students are struggling with and the curriculum this month will try to fill them in a little. As always, these topics are subject to change if a better plan emerges.
