February Curriculum
Escapes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu are fundamental. But you can't learn to defend yourself if nobody attacks you. So we will continue to work hard on our escapes, albeit from the less common positions of bottom half guard and north/south. It's also time to review some of the most effective offensive techniques in BJJ: the cross choke, armbar, and triangle choke.
